Thank you for purchasing the Eight Hour Application Construction. This email contains all you need to know about your first call.

Please take the time to read this entire page.

Step 1: Download, sign, and return agreement

This agreement spells out our mutually agreed upon commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality during our work together. Through our discussions and the information in your application, you provide us with a great deal of personal sensitive information. We want you to know that we take your privacy very seriously. Likewise, we expect that you will treat the information shared with you from our consultants with the same level of discretion. If you share your flawless application with a buddy and they copy your work, you are 100{d6419168eba185482dbf39b737022d959ac179d4c479942b88c79cad1dc0992e} in violation of this agreement. We take dishonestly like this VERY seriously. This is a legal binding agreement you are signing.

You can either email the entire signed document or take a photo of the last page and send it to Courtney at courtney@airlinetc.com. Either way is fine.

If we do not receive your signed agreement 24 hours in advance of your first appointment, we reserve the right to release your appointment time.

Step 2: Schedule your first call

Please follow the link below to schedule ONE application review appointment. You may schedule your next call after the completion of your initial two hour review. Please note, all the times listed are in Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to convert the time to fit your time zone.

Your first and/or second call will be with either Jason, Steve or Dane. Your final call will always be with Seth.

We all know that emergencies happen, your schedule can change and commutes run long. Please let Courtney know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust your scheduled time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you must reschedule, please do so with more than 24 hours prior to your session. If cancellations occur with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are only issued prior to the first scheduled consultation.


Step 3: Read this, seriously

Please don’t be the client that doesn’t read or follow directions.

In anticipation of each call, you need to have a printed out copy of your pdf’d application and a pen to mark it up. We will never work with your application while logged in to the computer application program. Doing so slows down the process and can create unnecessary errors in your application. 

You will need to use a headset or hands-free device during our call. Writing notes on your application and juggling the phone is a distraction and the speaker phone setting is insufficient if you are in a public space. Do not plan on doing your consultation while driving a car or while on the crew bus.
